Our FUSION blend. Recommended with seafood, pork, or chicken. The coconut acts as a crumb (rather than three step egg wash). Coat generously, then pan fry.
Also recommended as a stir fry seasoning.
Add to coconut cream and stir through pumpkin soup for an Asian inspired spin on the classics.
We use this regularly on pan fried Northwest Snapper.
